Ideal clients will…
- Have a *targeted position that they are qualified for based on achievements, experience, and results.
*If you do not know what you want to do next or what you are qualified to do, you will need a Career Coaching/Exploratory session before your resume is re-written, updated, or overhauled. Career Coaching/Exploration is $150/hour.
- Complete required project paperwork outlined in the project plan. This could be a branding worksheet, profile assessment, and/or resume worksheet to collect details and data.
- Collaborate on detail-oriented questions that include career highlights, content metrics, and branding strategy.
- Have a POV on the format. If you do not bring a POV, I will create a format based on industry competitiveness through a recruiter eye.
- Complete initial paperwork within 10-business days. If the project is not started within 10-days, your project will go into a queue and picked up as time permits.
- Ask questions if you have them.
- Be open to a “less is more” mindset. One page recommended. Two pages maximum.
- Provide necessary details. Resumes that have metrics, percentages, technical information (if applicable), certifications, etc., will result in a better marketing document than a resume without details. This is where I need you to give me details on what you’ve accomplished.
PREMIUM SERVICE:
If you do not want to complete the pre-work or assigned paperwork, I will complete it with you on the phone.
Please note there is a $150/hour charge for this service. This is in addition to the cost of the resume purchase. If you do not have details for our phone call, you will be required to collect the information during our session. Some client calls can last up to 3-4 hours if unprepared.
**I recommend completing your paperwork to save time and money and become prepared to interview. You know yourself better than I do. What you share with me will help me write a better document for you.
